What is it
Permanent Concealer is a tattooing procedure of the skin with different colors of flesh tone pigments. It's purpose is to disguise STRETCH MARKS SURGICAL SCARS OR A SKIN area that is missing pigment or color. Permanent Concealer is especially amazing at "concealing" dark under eye circles. This is a TATTOO and PERMANENT. Permanent Concealer requires a minimum of 2 session. This procedure allows you to feel comfortable in your own skin again. Please keep in mind this is a tattooing procedure so this is not painless, but we do apply a topical anesthetic to minimize any discomfort.
